In the midst of swirling rumors about a potential romance with musician Kid Rock, Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is keeping her cards close to her chest. However, she did reveal that her personal life has become a bit more complicated, thanks to her mom's newfound interest in Kid Rock's music.
When approached in Washington, D.C., Boebert was asked directly about the dating rumors that have been circulating since she and Kid Rock were spotted together at one of President Donald Trump's inaugural balls in January. The two were later seen leaving an event together earlier this month, fueling speculation about their relationship.
Boebert deftly sidestepped the question, mentioning that she had many "good friends" at the Turning Point Gala on February 11, where she and Kid Rock were seen departing together around 2:30 AM. She chose not to delve further into the matter, instead highlighting the more pressing issue at hand: her mom's persistent requests for Kid Rock concert tickets.
"Y'all with all your stories, Mom won't stop asking for concert tickets, so, that's the problem I'm facing now," Boebert said with a laugh, clearly amused by her mom's enthusiasm.
When asked if both she and Kid Rock were currently single, Boebert playfully deflected the question, wishing the interviewer a great night without providing any further insight.
For now, it seems Boebert is content to let the rumors simmer, while her mom enjoys the potential perks of her daughter's high-profile connections.
